JOB DESCRIPTION 职位说明：
To protect theproperty of the hotel, the lives and property of hotel guests and employees.

 巡视检查各班组员工遵守纪律，完成工作任务的情况，发现问题及时提出改进措施，完成维修单的登记，编号、分配和维修完成后的记录工作，掌握每天维修工作进度，保证酒店各部门的维修需要。
Supervise andinspect team and staff to make equipment operation records, collect and compiletechnical data and technical files to provide basis for ensuring the operationof equipment management.
 督导检查班组及员工作好设备运行记录，收集编制技术资料，技术档案，为保证设备管理的运行提供依据。
Make the major,medium and minor repair and maintenance plan of equipment, and prepare thesupporting spare parts regularly. After the spare parts plan is submitted tothe engineering manager for approval, organize the implementation.
