QUALIFICATION 任职资格：
* Technical secondary school or above, more than 3 years working experience in the same position.
中专以上学历，同岗位工作经验3年以上。
* Have professional technical training, have rich technical and administrative experience, familiar with Chinese cooking, working in 5 star hotel for more than 1 year is preferred.
接受过专业技术训练，有丰富的技术及行政经验，熟悉中式烹调，在五星级饭店工作1年以上优先。
* Knowledge of cost accounting, food ingredients and nutrition.
懂得成本核算，食物原料及食品营养知识。
* Can make breakfast buffet, staff meals, specials, innovative dishes

JOB DESCRIPTION 职位说明：
* Ensure the quality of all food purchased.
确保所有采购食品的质量。
* Set up various control systems (hygiene, cost, etc.) to function properly.
建立各种控制体系（卫生、成本等）正常运作。
* Actively create new dishes, develop restaurant menus and special menus.
极积开创新菜，制订餐厅的菜单及特殊菜单。

查验收购进货源的鲜活、质量、数量是否符合要求并做好原材料的保管。
* Assist to manage and take good care of the equipment and supplies of the post, timely supplement and repair any damage.
协助管理和爱护本岗位各项设备用品，有损坏及时补充及报修。
* Carry out fire fighting operation procedures, check fire fighting equipment and take safety precautions.
执行消防操作规程，检查消防器材，做好安全防范工作。
