QUALIFICATION 任职资格：

* Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.

具有会计，财务，商业管理或相关的本科以上学历。

* Work experience of finance management for one years or above in 5 star hotel is preferred.

一年及以上五星级酒店财务管理同岗位工作经验优先考虑。

* Understand the daily accounting, familiar with related financial and tax policy.

懂日常会计操作，熟悉相关财务税收政策。 * Complete the work to use professional knowledge and find a new breakthrough.

掌握和熟练运用专业知识并能很好发挥在工作中。

* Understand the daily accounting, familiar with computer office software and Enterprise Asset Managerment System operation.

JOB DESCRIPTION 职位说明：

* Receive and check items passing through the receiving area. Ensure that items are of good quality and within the specification stated in the Purchase Order and/or Market List.

对通过收货部的货物进行检验，确保货物的质量符合订单或市场表的要求。

* Transfer goods received to their respective destinations.

分送货物至相关部门。

* Monitor returnable containers.

检测可退回货物的包装。

* Prepare Receiving Records and Daily Receiving Record Summary.

提供收货纪录以及每日收货纪录总结。

* Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the receiving area.

协助保持收货部的整洁。

* In charge of owning company bookings.Maintain the fixed asset and HOE sub-ledger.

负责所有业主公司的账目，管理酒店固定资产及低值易耗品的账目。

* Organize and conduct fixed asset & HOE management according fixed asset policy. Ensure the policy has been followed and adhere.Monitoring the ordering, purchasing, receiving, storing and issuing functions.Maintain Hotel Fixed Assets’ register record in the accounting system.

根据固定资产的规章制度，有效地组织及管理好酒店的固定资产及低值易耗品，确保所有的程序都是按照规章制度进行的。监控定购、采购、收货、储存和分发事务。录入酒店固定资产清单。

* Stock take of Production Inventories on an annual basis or as required.Ensure Fixed Assets physical count result is consisted with fixed assets the accounting book record.Responsibilities of Fixed Asset tabbing by departments.

每年或在需要时对生产存货进行盘点，确保酒店固定资产盘存数目与账面相符。负责酒店固定资产根据部门的贴标。

* Must be ready and responsible when assigned to other position by the Financial Controller.
