Position Summary职位概述


This position is concerned with the efficient and professional service of beverages,while ensuring guests receive optimum service in accordance with the B.park standards, policies and procedures

本职位要求服务人员能为客人提供有效率以及专业的服务,在符合绽放花园整体服务标准的前提下保证向客人提供周到的服务,令客人感到舒适满意。


1. To serve beverages and/or food to the guests in a friendly, courteous and timely and manner, resulting in guest satisfaction. Also, to prepare beverages for other servers to supply to guests, and act as cashier for the lounge. 

礼貌、友好、周到、准时地对客人进行餐饮服务,努力使客人满意。同时,向客人推荐酒水,并进行酒廊的收银。

2. Confidently knowing the food and beverage menu contents and be able to explain them in detail to guests.

熟悉掌握菜单并可以自如地向客人做以介绍。

3. Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis. This includes requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products straws and stirrers, condiments and produce based on projections from the daily functions sheet.

保持吧台充足的日常供给,包括酒水、酒具等。

4. Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to insure product quality.

负责新鲜水果、果汁等的日常供给。

5. Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promotes and documents orders for drinks. Mixes, garnishes and presents drinks suing standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control. Check guests for proper identification. Detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained. Demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws.

礼貌友好地问候客人,确保客人需要的酒水、酒具等能够符合标准地送到。核查客人的身份。训练有素地察觉到酒醉的客人。了解有关饮酒的法律知识。

6. Inputs orders into a register at the point of sale and creates a check for each guest and personnel guests, including those served by other beverage servers, to maintain accountability of all beverages served.

准确输入并登记客人所点或所加点的产品,包括其他服务员提供的酒水。

7. Receives cash from guests, makes any change needed, verifies validity of charges, records charges, and insures vouchers are properly executed, in order to balance all moneys.

Attend mandatory meetings.

9. Perform general cleaning talks to adhere to health and safety standards.

10. Keep work area clean and organized.

11. Complete other duties as assigned by Supervisor such as assisting security with disorderly guests.

完成主管分配的其他任务。

12. Must adhere to all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulation pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests to insure all laws are being fallowed.

提供酒精饮品时要符合所有国家或地区的相关法律。

13. Understand dietary requirements and offer appropriate suggestions.

理解健康食品,并可以向客人提出合理的建议。

14. By ensuring everything is clean and tidy, ready for guests to enter the restaurant.

保证各种设备设施的清洁,随时可以对客服务。

15. Greet guests with a smile and introduce yourself.

微笑迎接客人,并作自我介绍。

16. Ensure all service procedures are carried out to the standards required.

确保所有服务都符合标准。

17. By replenishing drinks, never letting cup or glass to become empty.

保证询问客人的饮料是否续杯,保证不发生空杯的情况。

18. Accommodate any guest request, if not possible then offer appropriate alternatives.

满足客人要求,如果不能满足,提供客人另外的选择。

19. Take personal responsibility for the service experience of all guests in your designated area.

在对所有客人的服务中尽到职责。

20. Ask guests if satisfied after each course and if anything additional is needed.

服务后询问其是否满意,并询问客人是否有其他需要。

21. Follow up any guest questions or queries immediately and if you don’t know the answer, check with your Supervisor/Manager.

满足客人的各项要求,如不能马上答复客人,请与经理联系。

22. Smile & wish all guests a nice greeting as they enter & exit the Bar , even if they are not designated to your section.

在客人进入或离开酒吧时都抱以微笑与问候,无论其是否在自己的服务区内。

23. Make sure all areas are cleaned and maintained in accordance with operating procedures.

严格执行服务程序,确保所有服务设施的清洁与完备。

24. All guests check must be presented promptly on request with a feedback form & brochure.

在客人结帐时,账单要与客人满意程度调查及其他宣传单一起放在账单夹中。

25. Assist with guest coats and bags.

帮客人取回外套及背包。

26. Thank all guests and wish them a pleasant day.

感谢客人的光临并祝愉快。

27. Ensuring that safe and healthy working practices are observed throughout service.

在服务过程中确保严格遵守卫生及安全守则。

28. Reporting any accidents/incidents to the Supervisor/Manager.

向上一级主管或经理汇报发生的任何事故。

29. Food & Beverage mission is established and instilled in all team members.

餐饮部的工作使命在所有员工当中被建立并贯彻。

30. Maintains the highest standard of personal professional image, conduct, knowledge and skills related to the job responsibility.

维护最高的专业个人形象。

31. Maintains professional business confidentiality.

保护商业机密。

32. Performs any other duty as assigned by the Department manager.

执行任何工作任务都像执行部门经理下达的任务一样。
