任职要求
1.教育背景：财务、会计、金融等相关专业本科及以上学历，持有中级会计师职称（CPA或CMA优先）；
2.工作经验：
10年以上财务工作经验，其中至少5年制造业财务全盘管理经验；
熟悉制造业生产流程，精通成本核算逻辑；
有高新技术企业、出口退税或IPO阶段公司财务工作经验者优先；
3.专业技能：
精通国家财税法规及会计准则；
熟练掌握ERP系统（如金蝶、用友、SAP等）；
精通Excel数据分析及PPT经营汇报报告制作；
4.核心素质：
原则性与沟通力：具备良好的职业道德，坚持原则，同时具备跨部门沟通协调能力；
抗压能力：能适应企业发展快节奏，妥善处理多方财务需求。
