1.Heavy current professional skills, be familiar with the hotel high and low voltage power distribution system, familiar with hotel each mechanical and electrical equipment operation and maintenance, relevant vocational qualification certificate, or above secondary specialized school or high school, major in three years of relevant working experience, 2 years experience in hotel management. 
具备强电专业技能，熟悉酒店高、低压配电系统，熟悉酒店各机电设备运作与维修，有相关职业技能资格证书，高中或中技以上学历，三年以上相关工作经验， 二年酒店管理经验。
2.Supervise staff strictly according to the safety operation procedures and regulations related equipment operation, ensure employees comply with the work process and standards, and arrange team personnel to implement monthly on time, quarterly and annual maintenance plan, in the process of implementing comprehensive record, regularly give relevant technical communication and knowledge training, leadership, management, distribution and carry out the daily work, ensure that all work is timely, professional and efficient.Establish and maintain data files of equipment maintenance and maintenance, check the report data of various equipment and report regularly.Familiar with all sorts of equipment within the scope of this team management performance, operating conditions and relevant technical data, review the system operation monitoring technique and the data table, found that the problem handled in time, ensure that all documents recorded maintenance.
督促员工严格根据安全操作规程及规章制度操作相关设备，确保员工遵守工作流程及标准规范，安排班组人员按时实施月度，季度和年度维修保养计划，在实施过程中作好全面记录, 定期给员工做相关技术交流和知识培训, 领导，管理，分配和落实日常工作，保证所有工作都能及时，专业和高效完成。建立并保管设备检修、保养的资料档案，及时检查各种设备运行的报表数据，定期整理上报。熟悉本班组管理范围内各种设备性能，运转情况和有关技术资料，审阅各系统运行监测技术数据及运行表，发现问题及时处理，确保所有维修单据记录在册。
