Main Duties /主要职责

1. Assis the Director of Marketing Communication for Planning, budgeting and execution of the hotel are advertising campaigns in liaison with the company’s official advertising agency.

协助市场传讯总监与专业广告发布公司联系，制定并执行酒店的广告预算和对外广告发布。

2. Coordination and implementation of communication plan for the hotel activities and promotions in coordination with various revenue-earning departments in the hotel (i.e. sales, F&B, spa etc.).

协调并执行与酒店所有营运部门的酒店活动和促销的沟通计划（如销售，餐饮等）。

3. Development of good relations with the media (print, broadcast, etc.) and implementation of the hotel’s publicity campaign.

与媒体建立良好的关系（出版物、广播等），执行酒店的市场宣传活动。

4. Assist the Director of Marketing Communication for Working with Libre web marketing to ensure contents of Libre Resorts pages are updated at all times.

协助市场传讯总监与丽柏乐网络合作并确保丽朗度假村主页保持信息及时更新。

5. Coordination and implementation of various hotels projects in liaison with other hotel departments and/or outside organizations/ government bureaus.

通过与酒店其他部门，或者外界组织，政府部门联络以协调并执行酒店不同项目。

6. To ensure press releases are sent to all local & regional newspapers and magazines on all happenings/ events in the hotel.

及时发布酒店活动新闻稿至各类报纸杂志。

7. Finish extra tasks arranged by superior randomly.

完成上级临时安排的其他工作任务。

Qualification: 任职要求

1. Extensive knowledge of Ad. / Media Planning and printing/ production process.

丰富的广告媒体计划和印刷生产知识。

2. PC knowledge: Word, Excel, Web and basic knowledge of Desktop Publishing System.

电脑知识：Word, Excel; Web 和基本台式印刷系统知识。

3. Good contacts with local press.

和当地新闻媒体的良好沟通。

4. Extensive experience in hotel work.

深厚的酒店工作经验。

5. Fluent in both written and oral English and Chinese.

中英文口语和书写流利。

6. Knowledge and skill in crisis management.

具备处理危机的知识和能力。
