Main Duties /主要职责
1. Prepares forecasts of revenue, profit, demand and occupancy for rooms and function space 3-6 month, long range and budget. 
准备营运收益，利润， 以及3至6个月酒店房间和多功能区域的需求和出租率，还有长期预算的评估和预测。
2. Prepares and is accountable for sales strategy critiques.
准备并负责对于销售策略的回顾。
3. Review group ceiling and monitor all group bookings according the rate and inventory guidelines.
对于团队占有量进行评估， 并监控所有的团队预定都依据团队价格和数量指南来进行。
4. Track the production of all special promotions and review the effectiveness of the promotions.
以提高生产力制定促销活动并回顾其促销效果。
5. Train and develop all revenue associates. Coach and counsel all associates to ensure timely rectification of performance.
训练并发展所有收益的成员，指导并建议所有员工以确保适时的对工作表现进行修正。
6. Supervise hotel rate set up and reservation status, make sure matched company standard.
监督酒店房价设置与客房预订情况，确保与公司标准相一致。
7. Provide market strategy guidance for different time to improve pricing and sourcing structure.
指导酒店制定不同时期的市场策略以改善现有房价与客源结构。
8. Manage all sales and reservation channel properly.                                                                       合理管控所有销售预订渠道。
9. Finish extra tasks arranged by superior randomly.
完成上级临时安排的其他工作任务。
Qualification: 任职要求
1. Excellent analytical skills.
卓越的分析才能 。
2. Knowledge of operations research principles and concepts.
研究定义和概念的知识。
3. Excellent communication skills (timely, concise updates to strategy, etc.).

4. Strong pricing analysis skills.

5. Spreadsheet and data analysis skills.

6. Past experience with the management of analytical projects.
