Main Duties /主要职责

1. Supervise the implementation of housekeeping standards and procedures in relation to:

监督客房部各项标准和工作程序的执行 :

※Bedroom service

卧室服务

※Bathroom service

卫生间服务

※Valet service

洗衣服务                                                                                        

※Cleaning service

清洁服务

※Linen maintenance

布巾维护

2. Recommended changes to these standards and training needs on an ongoing basis

就这些标准和培训需求提供持续性的改进建议。

3. Maintain a current and thorough knowledge of all housekeeping systems

对客房部所有系统有最新和完整的知识。

4. Open and close the shift and ensure effective shift hand over

负责管理接班和交班工作,以确保交接班过程的有效进行 。

5. Distribution and collection of keys

分发和收集钥匙。

6. Management of all incoming and outgoing calls

管理所有的呼入和呼出电话。

7. Solve employee grievances

解决员工受到的不公正待遇问题。

8. Perform Room allocations

分配客房

9. Perform Room inspections

检查客房

10.   Prioritise arrival rooms

排列抵店客人客房的优先顺序。

11.  Liaise with Front Office for guest and resort requirements

配合前台满足度假村和客人的要求。

12.   Ensure guest valet is processed and delivered in a timely manner

确保及时为客人提供洗衣服务并送还。 

13. Co-ordinate special projects (eg site rooms, vermin control, window and carpet cleaning,  room inventories)

协调特别项目(如参观客房,除虫,窗户和地毯的清洁,客房供应量)。

14. Manage all special requests made by guests

处理客人所有的特殊要求。

15. Ensure consistency within the department

确保部门内工作的一致性。

16. Management of lost property for the resort

管理度假村的遗失财物。

17. Ensure you have complete knowledge of room types, layouts and facilities

确保具有客房类型,设计和设施的全面知识。

18. Maintain adequate stock levels

保存充足的用品存货。19. Complete stock takes as required

按要求完成库存盘点工作。

20. Conducts shift briefings to ensure resort activities and operational requirements are known

进行交接班说明,确保了解度假村的工作和运营需求。

21. Works with Superior and Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs

与上级领导和人力资源部一起进行人力规划和管理需求。

22. Works with Superior Director of Finance in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget.

与上级领导和财务总监一起编制和管理部门预算。

23. Strengthen learning business management skills, inspection, supervision, and set strict demands on the subordinate implementation system, polite manners and APPEARANCE, and constantly improve the quality of health, implementation of reward and punishment systems, improve work efficiency                                                                                       

24. 加强业务管理技巧的学习,勤检查、勤督促、严格要求下属执行岗位责任制,礼貌礼节及仪容仪表,不断提高卫生质量,落实奖惩制度,提高工作效率.    

25. Inspections found problems reported and handled in a timely manner, coordinate and work in other departments, carry forward the spirit of solidarity 。                                        勤巡查,发现问题及时汇报及进行处理,协调好和其它部门的工作,发扬团结互助精神。

26. Check information, work diary, about work issues, do a good job upload release and an explanation of                                                                                                                                查阅相关工作资料,工作日记,了解工作问题,做好上传下达及相关解释工作。

27. Plan monthly employees work shift table, human and material resources of the plan to use, cost control Department. Issuance of working tools and work back to the library, is responsible for cleaning machinery maintenance, maintenance of the work of this Department                                                    计划编制每月员工上班轮班表,做好人力物力的计划使用,控制部门成本. 做好工作用具的发放及回库工作,负责好本部门清洁机械的保养、维护工作。  

28. Fire protection work well within the scope of this part, eliminate potential accidents, on the work of staff is responsible for the safety                                                            做好本部范围内的消防安全检查工作,消除事故隐患,对部门员工的工作安全负责

29. Fill out a project maintenance and logs for the day, doing shift work                                          

填写好工程维修单及当天的工作日志,做好交接班工作                                                                                                               

30. In accordance with resort standards for customer service.                                                        

 度假村标准进行对客服务。  

31. Day of daily reports to the floor manager                                                 

每日向楼层经理汇报当日工作                                                                                                                                                              

Qualification: 任职要求

1. High School or Diploma in Resort Administration, Resort Management or equivalent

高中文化或度假村行政管理,度假村管理或相当的大专学历。

 

2. 2  years housekeeping experience preferably in a resort of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience or training.  

拥有在相似规模度假村2年客房工作经验,包括的管理经验或培训经验。

 

3. Good communication,

具备良好的沟通。

 

4. Fluent in English speaking and writing.

具备良好的英语水平。
