Proficient in all kinds of cold dishes. The processing of cooked food. Change knife. Arrange and save, etc.
熟练掌握各种凉菜.熟食的加工.制作.改刀.摆盘及保存等.

熟练掌握凉菜菜肴的制作方法，熟练掌握拌菜技巧.
