Responsibility
岗位职责
Assist the pastry chef in the day-to-day operation of the pastry kitchen and to help maintain a high Standard of food presentation and quality of product. 
协助饼房厨师长管理饼房的正常运作，保证食物和产品的高质量 .
Prepares food for guests and associates efficiently and economically .
为客人和员工高效率的提供食物，并做到物美价廉.
Ensures pastry kitchen hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the pastry kitchen including storage, cool rooms, Freezers, dry stores. 
保证饼房区域包括仓库、冷房、冷冻室、干库干净、整洁并做到卫生标准 .
Support the pastry chef in the overall smooth operation of the pastry kitchen ensuring prompt service at all times. 
在饼房运作方面支持总饼厨工作，保证提供高效率的服务.
Participates in making food requisitions .
根据要求参与制作服务.
Participates in training and developing associates.
参与培训和发展员工.
 Works in all areas of food preparation as and when directed. 当接到指示时，所有饼房区域都要进行食物的准备工作. 
Ensures safe and correct use of pastry the equipment, tools and machinery. 
保证安全、正确的使用西点房的设备、工具和机器.
 Assists the pastry chef in planning and organizing the pastry section assigned .
协助总饼厨组织和计划所分配的 工 作区域.
Ensures that the standards of uniform grooming and hygiene are maintained.

Takes part in all scheduled training at his/her level.

Supervises the operation pastry kitchen .

Buffets decoration items and show pieces .

Orders pastry food from stores .

Controls the quality of the ingredients purchased and received

Responsible for the pastry staff hygiene, sanitation, tidiness of the working and Storage areas .

Assist pastry chef with the preparation and storage of foods for Buffet.

Qualification
任职要求 
Good Pastry and Bakery Kitchen skills and techniques .
良好的餅房和面包房的專業技能和技術，
 Good Knowledge of Pastry and bakery .
丰富的專業知識 .
 At least 3 years experience in 4 Star hotel .
至少 3 年以上 4 星级酒店工作经验 .
Access and use Food &Beverage computer programs.
 掌握并使用餐饮电脑系统.
