As an attendant in charge of linen, you will be responsible for linen management, and assist in daily operation of Housekeeping Department.
根据公司规定负责布草间的日常管理工作,协助部门的日常运作。 Major Responsibility 主要工作职责
Manage linen room, send, receive and stock linen.
负责布草间的日常管理,做好布草的收发和保管工作。
Send and receive guests' valet laundry and staff uniforms.
负责客人送洗衣物和员工送洗制服/衣物等的收发和保管工作。 Check if there is damage in staff uniforms, provide basic maintenance to inappropriate ones.
检查员工制服的损坏情况,对有需要维护的制服做基本的缝补和钉扣等工作。
Reasonably allocate staff uniforms, shoes, and stockings etc. according to staff mobility.
根据公司人员的流动情况,负责合理调配员工制服及工鞋长短袜的发放等日常管理工作。
Assist in purchasing and replacing linen/uniforms, ensure that all items are sufficient and well maintained.
配合部门完成布草、制服的采购和更换工作,确保所有仓储物品的充足,并保存完好。
Ensure that linen areas are clean, neat, tidy, and placed in a proper way according to fire safety rules.
保持布草间相关区域的干净、整洁、有序,并根据公司防火要求堆放各类布草。
Check fire/danger risks to guarantee safety.
及时检查火灾、危险隐患,确保安全。
Corporate with Security Department to inspect fire fighting equipments on a regular basis, make sure proper usage of equipments.
配合保安部定期检查消防设备设施,确保能正常使用。
Check and count linen, and record daily work in linen room.
完成与布草间相关的盘点、统计、记录等日常工作。
Involve in guest complaints when necessary.
必要情况下,参与处理客人投诉。
Assist in the work in floors and public areas when necessary, offer special linen to guests on a timely basis.
如有必要协助楼层和 PA 部分工作,客人需要的特殊布草要及时配给。
Report immediately when have problems, offer reasonable advice, assist in overall management in linen room.
遇到或发现问题要及时报告,提出合理建议,协助部门管理好布草间的一切工作。
Comply with rules and procedures, actively attend training programs.
遵守相关的规章制度,并积极参加培训。
In compliance with the Ascott Group's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and policies, pay attention to energy conservation and the safe operation in daily work.
遵守集团的环境健康安全方针政策,日常工作中注意节能和安全操作。
Other duties assigned by superiors.
完成上级交办的其他任务。
Requirements 资质需求
Minimum one year working experience in hotel or serviced residence linen management;
1 年以上的服务公寓/星级酒店布草管理工作经验;
Enthusiasm of serviced residence/hotel;
热忠于服务式公寓/酒店的服务事业;
Responsible, careful, honest, reliable;
有责任心,做事认真细致,诚实可靠;
Sense of initiative, ability to obey, team spirit;
具有良好的主动性,并具有服从精神和团队精神;
Strict compliance with procedure, ability to understand well, good communication skills;
能严格按照操作流程工作,具有良好的理解能力、表达沟通能力;Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g. Excel, Word etc.);
熟练使用电脑,熟悉 Microsoft Office 软件(例如: Excel、Word 等);
Ability to work under pressure.
能承受工作压力。
