岗位职责（负责会议市场）
1.根据部门经理制定的销售计划，具体执行争取会议的销售工作，并参与组织、协调、接待、服务活动。
2.掌握本地区及国内会议市场动态，定期向销售总监提出销售调研报告。
3.研究市场，预测商情，及时掌握市场动向，协助销售总监做好促销计划。
4.制定、修改和审核有关报价信、合同及推销信件。认真做好档案资料管理工作。
5.定期进出销售计划中所负责部分的执行情况报告，并对计划执行中存在的问题提出意见。
6.按计划走访客户，了解客户对酒店的意见，增强与宾客的的沟通，建立良好的客户关系。
岗位要求
1.大专以上学历。有从事酒店销售、公关等部门的工作经历。
2.具有市场调查和预测能力，能及是掌握市场动态，并能综合分析，及时地提出相应的措施和合理的建议。
3.有较强的语言表达能力，能撰写市场调研报告，具有起草工作计划、总结及业务汇报的能力。
语言能力：中国普通话-熟练计算机能力：熟练年龄要求：23-40岁
