岗位职责/任职要求

岗位职责

1．协助前厅部经理管理前厅部及所有前厅部有关的区域；

2．与管理层和宾客保持较好的关系；

3．检查员工的仪容、仪表；

4．督导各经营区域并保证根据标准、经营规范和操作程序履行其工作职责；

5．在前厅部经理不在时，就经营有关的问题做出决定；

6．就酒店内发生的一些特殊事件与保安部进行协调；

7．根据操作程序，信用政策和饭店规定负责定价、换房及支票的接收；

8．对潜在安全隐患保持警惕，并立即报告保安部；

9．当受到自然灾害、火灾、死亡事件及爆炸威胁情况下，执行饭店管理当局颁布的应急

程序；

10．灵活的处理宾客投诉，在满足客人要求的同时保护饭店利益；

11．负责将VIP免费赠品在VIP抵店前送入其房内；

12．履行前厅部经理和管理当局要求的其它任务；

13．遵循酒店的经营规范和操作程序。

任职要求

1.精力充沛，仪表端庄；

2.大学专科毕业或同等学历；

3.曾在同档星级饭店相关工作经验，熟悉前厅运作及管理规范；

4.精通国语，较强的英语口语表达能力。
