岗位职责
1.协助礼宾司管理礼宾的工作；
2.对酒店的宾客提供礼貌专业的服务，协助重要宾客的入住和离店；
3.管理行李房，确保所有的行李有行李标签并且安全存放在合适的位置；
4.负责所有的特殊事情和酒店服务的有关信息的公告；5.关注所有进入酒店的客人和访客，发现异常则立即与酒店保安部门取得联系；
6.确保工作区域内的所有设备处于良好工作状态；
7.确保大堂区域清洁，烟缸干净，并且在必要的情况下，请客房部进行协助；
8.宾客有要求时，为预计离店的宾客安排出租车、机场班车的服务；9.参与员工的培训工作，负责员工的日常培训，制定培训计划。
岗位要求
1.大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验2年以上；
2.身体健康，品貌端正，形象气质佳；
3.优秀的组织管理能力；
4.优秀的交际能力和沟通技巧；
5.善于同宾客交往、沟通，处理周到、果断，能独立处理各种投诉。
语言能力：英语-良好 中国普通话-精通计算机能力：熟练
