岗位职责
1.随时以友好和乐于协助的态度迎接客人，并尽量了解和称呼客人的名字；
2.按照既定工作程序为所有来客登记并安排房间；
3.履行入住、退房和换房手续，并确保所有资料都按照预订情况完整的输入酒店电脑系统；
4.保持库存现金限额并保证每日对所收现金进行准确报告；
5.为酒店客人的个人支票及旅行支票兑换现金，并协助进行外汇兑换；
6.熟知部门标准工作程序，随时留意会计政策和工作程序的变化；
7.尽一切努力确保客人在离店时会对酒店的服务有很好的印象；
8.执行审计结余，并为审计工作进行各项有序的准备；
9.随时保持前台工作区域的整洁和有序，并以此作为自己的个人兴趣和骄傲。

岗位要求
1.至少半年以上此职位或相关工作经验优先考虑；
2.优秀的沟通交流能力，流利的英语表达能力；
3.熟练使用电脑办公软件，具备前台接待员系统知识和技能；
4.性格开朗、头脑灵活、工作踏实，具有较强的服务意识、推销意识和责任感。
