1．协助宿舍主管负责宿舍区域的管理工作。
2．熟悉宿舍运作的程序、标准和员工宿舍一切设施，处理日常工作事务。
3．督促、巡查管理员的工作情况，迅速、妥善处理违规违纪现象和纠纷，发现可疑之处或安全隐患要及时向主管汇报。
4．协助主管做好新入职员工的住宿及派发用品，清点离职员工的领用物品并做好记录。
5．定期检查宿舍各种安全消防设施及通道、出入口是否通畅，发现问题隐患及时处理并向主管汇报；跟进员工宿舍的维修、用品的报损、补充等工作。
6．协助主管做好员工宿舍仓库的管理。
7．负责布草的发放及换洗。
8. 完成上级交给的其他工作任
