岗位职责：
1. 迎接问候宾客，并协助餐厅经理对客订座，合理分配餐桌。
2. 熟知菜单、食品配方及其它方面的知识，以向宾客推荐各种食品及饮料。
3. 检查餐厅设施及服务用品是否完好，做好设备维护保养工作。
4. 保持工作场地及餐具室内物品的齐全、干净、整洁。
5. 依照餐厅制定的标准程序和方法为宾客提供优质的服务，和宾客交谈推荐餐饮产品，回答宾客提出的问题。
6. 向宾客提供礼貌周全的服务，对于宾客的要求、不满和需要及时做出回应并及时向餐厅经理汇报。
8. 熟记重要宾客和常客的姓名，接受电话订座，并懂得使用良好的电话沟通谈判技巧。
9. 完成上级交代的其他任务。
