岗位职责/岗位要求
1.掌握清洗、去污、上浆、干洗和熨烫等相关洗衣房的全部知识。
2.负责洗衣房员工的管理培训，人员调配工作，监督所在部门的生产经营。
3.确保酒店洗衣间的全部布草都按标准进行洗涤，保持清洁无瑕并送还。
4.对破损的布草或制服进行报损或修补, 控制记录洗涤剂的消耗, 保存存货和设备的保养记录。
5.负责酒店化学药品管理, 按照存货控制程序处理、储存存货。
6.制定本部门各岗位所需人员的编制计划, 鼓励员工掌握多技能。
7.给予所管理的员工实施合适的管理方式，给予员工动力和沟通。
8.准备和主持会议，向员工/管理者/其它组织通告酒店运作和其它方面的情况。

1.了解布草及服装材质。
2.熟练使用微软办公软件。
3.具有号召，组织和培训能力。
4.良好的沟通能力。
语言能力：中国普通话-精通计算机能力：良好年龄要求：28-45岁
