岗位职责：
1. 制订年度收益计划、市场预算及预测。
2. 制订与收益计划相关的工作计划，以确保收益计划目标得以实现。
3. 协调保持和增加业务量的各种方法，包括广告、促销、个人销售、
宣传、社区关系、特别销售项目等。
4. 定期检查销售与市场部员工的活动报告，以确保销售目标的实现。
5. 对酒店内部宣传品的视觉效果进行定期检查，以确保它们能够达到
品牌标准。
6. 与餐饮部进行协调，组织并推进特殊项目的实施，以促进在社区内部
的餐饮销售工作，包括并不仅限于举行各项体育比赛、舞会、聚会及
美食节等。
7. 与酒店外的个人交往，包括并不仅限于客户、会议局、当地的酒店协
会、政府旅游部门、航空公司、旅行社、旅行运营商、竞争者及其它 当地社区成员 。
8. 与社区及周边市场内的航空公司、旅行社、商行、私人俱乐部和行业
协会保持联系，以发展新客户及保持老客户。
9. 对新市场策略的发展进行监管。
10.与区域销售及市场工作人员进行良好沟通并实施公司策略。
11.和人力资源部一起进行人力规划和管理需求。
12.和财务总监一起编制和管理部门预算。
