General概况
1.	Develops and aids the formulation of new design concepts. 
发展并创新设计思路和理念。

2.	Contributes decoration ideas and designs for in-house events/exhibitions. 
为酒店内部的活动展览策划设计相关装饰品。

3.	Plans and designs materials and collateral in support of promotions, hotel’s literature and advertisements. 
计划并设计相关材料来确保完成对酒店宣传和广告方面的需要。

4.	Ensures designs meet with the standards in the corporate ID manual and that a consistent and quality image is projected. 
确保设计符合相关设计指南的标准和要求，并且持续保持设计的高质量。

Advertising, Direct & Electronic Marketing广告和电子广告

1.	Aids with creative visuals to accompany advertising, direct and electronic marketing programmes where necessary. 
      在制作设计酒店广告以及相关平面媒体和电子广告时要确保有生动的视觉表现。

2.	Supervises internal photo shoots.
      负责酒店内部的拍摄活动。

3.	Ensures that the advertising creative is in synergy with Marriott International, projecting a consistent and quality message. 
      确保广告设计符合万豪国际酒店集团的标准要求，并且持续保持设计的高质量。

Collateral其他工作

1.	Assists in the design and execution of all printed materials. 
 负责协助设计并且执行打印物料。

2.	Assists in the production of all displays and temporary signage in hotel public areas.
 协助负责酒店内所有公共区域的标牌和指示牌的物料打印。

3.	Ensures that the creative is in synergy with Marriott International, projecting a consistent and
      quality message. 
 确保设计生动，但同时符合万豪国际酒店集团的标准，保持持续的高质量。

Print & Production 打印物料

1.	 Prepares layouts, mock-ups and artwork in support of printed materials. 
  准备方案和设计样稿和艺术设计的印刷和打印。

2.	 Co-ordinates with Purchasing Department and printer / supplier to obtain the most competitive printing/production quotation and ensures prompt delivery of materials and collateral. 
与采购部协调确保打印材料的完整，提供完整的打印材料，询问并确保物料准确传送。

3.	Prepares working schedule to achieve timely delivery of materials and ensures the communications team is fully briefed on progress. 
准备工作计划并确保准时递送广告物料，同时需向市务传讯部门团队提供工作计划，确保团队知道整个工作进程。

4.   To Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
      服从部门负责人分配的其他工作。
