工作职责:
• Monitors Housekeeping personnel to ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service

• Monitor Housekeeping personnel to ensure rooms, and particularly those of priority members, known repeat guests and other VIP’s receive special attention

• Responsible for the cleanliness, orderliness, sanitary conditions and maintenance of all public area throughout the hotel under his / her jurisdiction.
指导并负责整个酒店的清洁卫生维修保养,并使PA工作井然有序的运行
• Inspect daily all Executive Offices. Food and Beverage outlets / restaurants, conference rooms, banquet halls, public restrooms and toilets, back of the house offices, shopping arcade, lobby and other areas of responsibility.
每日对餐厅、大堂、会议室、宴会厅、客用卫生间后区办公室、更衣室等区域的清洁情况,更衣室进行检查。
• Orient and train new employees. Conduct continuous training and retraining n and on-the –job training to subordinates according to approved systems and procedures.
培训新员工,并按酒店操作程序对新员工进行在岗培训和其他形式的再培训。
• Train staff on proper handing and use of equipment and cleaning supplies.
培训员工正确使用清洁剂和正确使用机器设备。
• Inspects guest rooms in all Housekeeping areas on a regular basis to ensure furnishing, facilities and equipment are clean and in good repair, well maintained and replaced / refurbished as required
定期对所有客房区域进行视察,以确保家具、设施和设备按要求得到良好的清洁、修缮、保养和更换和整修。
• Remind all PA cleaners daily to practice safe work habits.

• Record monthly, quarter, general cleaning schedules including carpet shampoo.

• Appraise appearance, discipline and efficiency of all staff under direct supervision and initiate immediate remedial action if necessary
对所有直属下级的仪容仪表、守纪情况和工作效率进行评估。如有必要,可直接采取纠正措施。
• Follows up on progress of agenda items covered in regular meetings
对日常会议上讨论的议程事项的进展程度进行跟进。
• Ensures Housekeeping personnel are familiar with in house facilities for the purpose of assisting guests

• Maintains a steady flow of communication to the Executive Housekeeper on all matters affecting the Housekeeping Department

• Supervises outside contractors to ensure contractual compliance

• Works with the Executive Housekeeper on routine cleaning programs including spring cleans, etc

• Closely monitor progress and maintenance work orders

• Ensure all public area staff aware of hotel emergency, safety and pest control procedures.

Qualifications –
学历
• Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
• 具有酒店行政管理,酒店管理或相关的大专学历。
Experience –
经验
• 3 years housekeeping experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience.
• 最好拥有在相似规模酒店3年客房工作经验,包括的管理经验。
• Type and level of experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity of operation
