Supervise Outlet Operations During Assigned Shifts
在当班期间管理宴会厅运行
• Ensure all the staff to carry out the task according to the S&P
• 确保员工按照标准与程序完成任务
• 监督付款情况和每日的结帐工作和每日的结帐工作
• Assist with the maintenance of equipment
• 监督设备的维护工作
• Control stock and monitor stock security procedures
• 控制存货并控制存货安全程序
• Assist with functions

• Assist with the implementation of purchasing procedures

Supervise service operations of the unit/ outlet

• Ensure a daily logbook for the outlet is maintained with information as to covers, revenues, special events, quest praise and complaints and other notes happenings. The logbook is left every night for Director of F & B’s information & signature
• 确保在宴会厅的每日工作日志中记录下餐具情况,收入和利润,特殊事件,客人表扬和投诉及其它需记录下的事件。工作日志每天工作结束前需交给餐饮总监过目和签字
• Ensure all reporting and servicing deadlines are met on a timely basis

• Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors

任职资格:
.Required Skills –
技能要求
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• 完全代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
• 持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证。
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

Qualifications –
学历
• Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
• 酒店管理,餐饮或相关专业的大专学历。
Experience –
经历
• 3years related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3年相关工作经历,包括管理经验,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
