工作职责：
•	Delivers Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures
根据部门的标准和程序，提供高品质的餐饮服务。
•	Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information  
与上级交流疑难问题、客人评价和其他相关问题。
•	Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships

•	Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled

•	Prepares for service by ensuring:

•	Carries out effective service by ensuring:

		－	Explaining and up－selling daily beverage specials

		－	Processing food orders accurately

		－	Using trays and tray jacks effectively 
	   		有效使用托盘和托盘架
		－	Quickly taking food and beverage orders 
	   		迅速的为客人点食物 和酒水
		－	Ensuring payment methods are handled accurately
	  	            准确的处理付款
		－	Ensuring working areas are cleaned and re－set quickly
	      		快速的清洁和重新布置酒吧
		－	Ensuring the bar is clean
	   		确保酒吧的清洁
		－	Regularly cleaning ashtrays 
	  		经常为客人有规律的更换烟缸
		－	Conversing with Guests in relation to the food and beverage products
	   		与客人交流食物和酒水的问题
•	Carries out effective beverage service by ensuring:
提供高效的酒水服务应确保做到：
		－	Beverages are up－sold and regularly replenished, abiding by responsible alcohol 		                          service regulations
	   		推销酒水并定期补充，遵守酒水服务制度
		－	Converse with Guests about wine, advising the types and styles of wine, taking 		                          wine orders and serving wine
			与顾客谈论酒，建议酒的类型和风格，记录酒水单和上酒 
		－	Promoting and selling cocktails to guests
	      		向顾客推销和销售鸡尾酒
		－	Making and presenting cocktails
		             制作和提供鸡尾酒
		－	Coffee and tea is served hot and in accordance with standards
	   		根据标准供应热的咖啡和茶
•	Patron care standards are adhered to by ensuring:
提供周到的服务应做到：
		－	Guests are advised on alcoholic beverages
			应告知客人含酒精的饮料

任职资格：
.Required Skills –
技能要求
•	Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。
•	Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品 上岗证。
•	Able to read and write English
能够读写英语。

Qualifications –
学历
•	High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
•	高中或酒店管理，餐饮或相关领域的职业证书。

Experience –
经验
•	1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non－alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishing preferred
•	1年相关工作经历，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。具有酒类品牌，啤酒、香槟、非酒精饮料、专用玻璃器皿，准备方法和装饰品知识者优先考虑。
