1.Creates a safe environment for guests and employees by ensuring that the Hotel is maintained in accordance with safety standards
  依照安全标准为客人和员工创造安全的环境，以确保酒店正常运行;
2.Evaluates expected business and projects and schedules staff accordingly
  评估预期的业务和项目，并据此安排相应的员工;
3.Keeps all mechanical, electrical and structural blue prints up to date
   实时更新所有的机械、电气和构造规划方案
4.Ensures that staff is up to date on certifications and training necessary to maintain operating systems
  确保员工了解最新的操作系统所需的认证和培训;
5.Maintains facilities and equipment by conducting inspections on a regular basis to determine need and extent of service, equipment required, type of operation and maintenance personnel needed.
  定期检查设施设备，确定是否有必要维修、维修类型和所需维修人员;指导维护、修缮和改造的各个阶段，以使机械设备安全、高效、有序地运行;
6.Schedules the appropriate preventative maintenance program to be used   为防护检修项目制定适当的进度;

Assures compliance with all heath, safety and security regulations
   确保符合各项健康、安全法规;
7.Makes preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment in the mechanical plant as well as for that of other departments such as laundry, kitchen,  etc.
为所有运行设备及其他部门如洗衣房、厨房等制定预防性维修计划表;
8.Complete preventative maintenance schedules for equipment in the major plant including chillers, cooling towers, air conditioning units and fans, pumps, automatic control systems, etc. Power supply, weak power, fire protection, water supply and other systems equipment;
完善主要设备的预防性维修计划表，包含冷水机组、冷却塔、空调机组及风机、水泵、自动控制系统、供电、弱电、消防、供水等各系统设备;
9.Ensure the normal operation of the hotel facilities, integrity rate of the equipment,  ensure the normal operation of the hotel, ensure a high level, wine shop equipment goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
确保酒店设施设备的正常运行，设施设备的完好率，保证酒店的正常经营，保证酒店设施设备的高水准，目标是达到客人100％满意。
10.Earnestly implement the responsibility system for fire safety, completes the run class facilities equipment patrol inspection work, check the status of the completion of work.
认真落实防火安全责任制，做好运行班设施设备的巡视检查工作，检查工作的完成的情况。
11.To enhance the staff's service consciousness, improve the quality of service, ask employees to constantly improve the service for the guest The level of service.
增强员工的服务意识，提高服务质量，要求员工在不断为客人服务中提高自身 的 服 务 水 平。
12.Complete other tasks assigned by the engineering manager
完成工程部经理交待的其他工作;
