JOB SUMMARY岗位综述

1. Produces, implements and monitors action plans to ensure Revenue Plan objectives are achieved.

2. Analyses current and potential markets/trends, coordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rate.

3. Manages key accounts.

4. Oversees the selling and servicing of group business.

5. Plans and executes sales trips to major market areas.

6. Conducts weekly/monthly reviews of sales personnel activity to ensure targets and sales objectives are being met.

7. Produces monthly Sales reports and forecasts.

8. Meets with guests from major producers/organizers of big events staying in the hotel to ensure customer satisfaction.

JOB REQUIREMENT 岗位要求

1. 2 years or above relevant experience or similar supervisory role, preferably from international hotel chains.

2年及以上相关工作经验或相似的管理经验，最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验。

2. Extended knowledge of local hotel markets, especially local hot springs market.

熟知本地酒店市场，特别是本地温泉旅游市场。

3. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and System.

熟练应用电脑办公软件和系统。

4. Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational, leadership, communication and training abilities.

5. Good English communication and writing skills.
