JOB SUMMARY岗位综述

1. Supervises and conducts training on a regular basis.

督导培训，并定期开展培训。

2. Is responsible for keeping all linen closets neat, cleaned and stocked.

负责布草储存柜清洁、整齐、货物充足。

3. Is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of service areas.

负责服务区域的清洁和整齐。

4. Inspects rooms daily, including check-out, vacant and make-up rooms for cleanliness and that rooms are defect free.

每天检查客房，包括离店房、空房、需打扫。

5. Inspects all VIP rooms prior to arrival.

在贵宾抵达前检查贵宾房。

6. Maintains a daily logbook of Service Associates – Guest Room assignments, maintenance deficiencies and prepares work order.

坚持填写值班日志，包括分房情况，维修问题和工作票。

7. Reports to the Service Associate –Rooms Controller/Order Taker maintenance deficiencies that require immediate attention and follow up on their status.

向客房监控员报告需要立即维修的问题并及时跟进。

8. Ensures that all vacant / clean rooms and stay over rooms’ status have been updated.

保证及时更改房态。

9. Ensures proper care and use of equipment, carts, baskets, cleaning and guest room supplies.

确保对设备、车辆、篮子、清洁用品和客用品的正确维护和使用。

10. Checks and maintains that all hygiene rules and regulations are strictly adheres to.

监督和检查，确保严格执行卫生条例和规章制度。

JOB REQUIREMENT 岗位要求

1. 1 years or above relevant experience or similar supervisory role, preferably from international hotel chains.

1年及以上相关工作经验或相似的管理经验，最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验。

2. Basic in the use of Microsoft Office and System.

基础应用电脑办公软件和系统。

3. Organizational, management and communication skills

组织、管理和沟通能力。

4. Good Chinese communication skills.

良好的中文沟通能力。
