JOB SUMMARY岗位综述
1. Supervise each shift security operations, ensuring adequate patrol patterns and frequencies are maintained to ensure the security of guests and associates.
指导监督各班的运作，确定保卫巡视的正确执行，确保对客人和同事实施安全保卫工作。
2. Familiar with and checking hotel fire equipments、fire evacuation passages.
全面熟悉并检查酒店各消防设施、消防通道、出入口。
3. Ensure prompt reporting of maintenance issues to Engineering department by security guards as they record them during their patrols.
确保保安员将巡视记录中的维修问题及时报告给工程部。
4. Familiar with each department work procedures、security knowledge、emergency procedures、ensure each position professional knowledge and work standards.
熟悉各部门工作程序、安全知识、紧急程序、监督检查与落实并指导各岗位警卫的专业知识及工作水准。
5. Conduct random bag inspections of associates entering and leaving the building. Ensure asset removal policy is adhered to, to prevent hotel assets being removed from the hotel without the proper authority.
在员工进出酒店时对其包裹进行随机检查。遵循酒店财物管理的原则，在未行到特许的情况下严禁酒店财物外流。
6. Maintain perimeter patrols at points of entry and egress to ensure that all people within the hotel environs have a genuine purpose and are not loitering.
在酒店的出入口安排外围巡视点，以确保在酒店周围无闲杂人等。
7. Strictly and justly examine associate work knowledge、work discipline、obligation, master each guards work status.
严格公正地考核员工的业务知识、工作纪律、责任心，全面掌握每个员工的工作状况。
8. Convey and carry out department work arrangements and training plan.
传达和落实部门各项工作安排和培训计划。
9. Conduct random inspections of the hotel to ensure security practices are being followed, Fire exits are not blocked, equipment is not obstructing fire hose reel doors, clearance between stacked goods and sprinkler heads is sufficient.
对酒店进行随机检查，以保证酒店内安全保卫措施的实行，如防火门的通畅，水龙带门前无设备堆放，各货物堆放区间的清洁和和喷淋头的充足等等。
10.  Be familiar with current first aid and fire emergency procedures.
熟悉急救程序及消防紧急措施。

JOB REQUIREMENT 岗位要求
1. 1 years or above relevant experience or similar supervisory role, preferably from international hotel chains.
1年及以上相关工作经验或相似的管理经验，最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验。
2. Good knowledge of  hotel fire、life-safety systems and equipments.
熟练掌握有关酒店消防、安全生命系统和设备的知识。
3. Thorough understanding of the rules and regulations of other local government authorities pertaining to the licensing and operation of hotels.
熟悉当地政府机构制定的有关酒店各类许可及运营的各项规章制度。
4. Basic in the use of Microsoft office.
基础应用电脑办公软件。
5. Problem solving, organizational, management, communication and training abilities skills.
具有解决问题、组织、管理、沟通和培训能力。
6. Good Chinese communication skills.
良好的中文沟通能力。
