JOB SUMMARY岗位综述

1.Responsible for CCTV 24 hours alternate duty, keep daily work note.

负责监控中心24小时轮换值班，每日做好工作记录。

2.Keep CCTV facilities and equipments in good condition, maintain appropriate room temperature, do daily cleanness and ensure good hand over.

保持监控中心设施设备、物品完好齐全，室温适宜，每日做好岗位卫生交接。

3.For CCTV is hotel emergency command center, once fire happen, CCTV officer should correctly transmit each instructions by GM, keep expedite communication and make relevant records.

CCTV是酒店应急指挥中心，如发生火警时，按规定的报警程序正确传达总经理的各项指令，保持通讯畅通并做好相应记录。

4.Keep highly alert and closely monitor the screen of each district, immediately record and report the exceptional conditions, forbid irrespective personnel enter into CCTV randomly.

保持高度警惕，密切留意各区域监控画面，发现异常情况要立即记录上报，禁止无关人员随意进入监控中心。

5.Carry out procedures when person trapped by elevator, it’s forbid to use elevator talk-back except emergency situation.

发生电梯困人事件，按照电梯困人处理流程执行，非紧急情况不得随意使用电梯对讲。

6.Keep CCTV display screen clean, read electron patrol system data regularly.

做好CCTV显示器的清洁保养工作，负责定期读取电子巡更系统数据。

7.Immediately report to supervisor to the scene when the alarm sound (General Cashier、Front desk reception), closely monitor the situation of the district through monitor.

治安防盗警报（总出纳、前台收银）报警后，立即报告主管赶赴现场查看，利用监控镜头密切注意该区域动态。

8.Immediately confirm the prevention area and report to supervisor the concrete location if the fire prevention lock buzzer sound alarm, it’s forbid to separate any prevention area with out permission.

消防推杠锁蜂鸣器报警后，立即确定防区，向主管报告具体位置，未经批准，不得擅自隔离任何防区。

9.If someone needs to open the door of west wing entrance, inform supervisor to cooperate instead of departure, ensure normal operation.

遇有需开酒店西座通道大门时，通知主管协助处理，CCTV不得脱岗，必须保证岗位正常运作。

10.Closely monitor floor conditions, immediately report to supervisor if find phenomena affect hotel operation.

密切关注楼层情况，发现有影响酒店运行的现象，立即通知主管跟进处理。

JOB REQUIREMENT 岗位要求

1.1 years or above relevant experience or similar supervisory role, preferably from international hotel chains.

1年及以上相关工作经验或相似的管理经验，最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验。

2.Basic in the use of Microsoft office.

基础应用电脑办公软件。

3.Good Chinese communication skills.

良好的中文沟通能力。
