【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店宾客关系的日常维护与管理，确保为客人提供优质、个性化的服务体验；
2、主动与客人沟通，了解其需求及反馈，及时处理投诉与建议，提升客户满意度；
3、协调酒店各部门资源，确保客人需求得到高效响应与解决；
4、定期分析宾客反馈数据，提出服务改进建议并推动落实；
5、策划并执行客户关怀活动，增强客户忠诚度与复购率；
6、协助前厅部完成VIP客人的接待与服务工作；
7、维护客户档案，确保信息准确性与完整性。
【岗位要求】
1、具备良好的沟通能力与服务意识，能够灵活应对各类客户需求；
2、具有较强的应变能力与问题解决能力，能妥善处理客户投诉；
3、具备团队协作精神，能与各部门高效配合；
4、工作细致耐心，责任心强，能承受一定的工作压力；
5、熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel等）；
6、有酒店客户服务至少2-3年经验。
