【岗位职责】
1、负责员工日常人事薪酬福利工作。
2、负责办理普通员工的入职、离职手续, 及人事变动的审核工作。
3、合理调配酒店的人力资源，并提出有效的建议和意见。
4、负责各部门人员编制的审核工作。
5、负责员工人事档案的管理, 及对外公文之草拟和处理。
6、协助建立酒店人事管理相关制度、员工保险 及福利方面的政策。
7、负责各种人事政策的具体实施及检查工作。
8、处理员工申诉。
【岗位要求】
1、本科及以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验3年以上。
2、熟悉员工的有关法规和条例；掌握教育学、心理学以及酒店管理理论。
3、熟悉员工的规律、特点和岗位培训工作程序。
4、了解酒店员工的服务工作规范和质量标准的要求。
5、具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
6、 具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力。
7、良好的创新力与学习能力。
8、借助AI提升工作效率的能力。
