【岗位职责】
1、全面负责餐饮部的日常运营管理工作，包括中餐厅、西餐厅、大堂酒吧、宴会等区域的运营协调与监督；
2、制定并执行餐饮服务标准、流程及管理制度，确保服务质量和顾客满意度；
3、负责餐饮成本控制，包括食材采购、库存管理及人力成本优化，提升部门盈利能力；
4、策划并组织各类餐饮促销活动，提升酒店餐饮品牌影响力及营收；
5、监督食品安全与卫生管理，确保符合国家相关法规及酒店标准；
6、负责餐饮部员工的招聘、培训、考核及团队建设，提升员工专业素养与服务意识；
7、处理顾客投诉及突发事件，维护酒店声誉并提升客户体验；
8、与其他部门（如前厅、市场、财务等）保持高效协作，确保整体运营顺畅。
【岗位要求】
1、具备餐饮行业管理经验，熟悉高端酒店或连锁餐饮运营模式者优先；
2、出色的团队管理能力，能够有效激励员工并提升团队凝聚力；
3、较强的成本控制意识及数据分析能力，能独立制定运营优化方案；
4、优秀的沟通协调能力，能妥善处理内外部关系及突发事件；
5、对餐饮市场趋势敏感，具备创新思维和营销策划能力；
6、身体健康，能适应弹性工作时间及高强度工作压力；
7、持有餐饮相关职业资格证书（如食品安全管理员证等）者优先。
