【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店弱电系统（包括电话、网络、电视、监控、门禁、消防报警、会议音响等）的日常运行、维护与故障处理，确保系统稳定可靠。
2、制定并执行弱电设备的巡检、保养计划，及时排查隐患，降低故障率。
3、协调与监督弱电工程项目的外包施工、设备安装调试及验收工作，确保符合酒店标准。
4、管理弱电设备台账、技术档案及维修记录，建立完善的技术文档体系。
5、配合酒店其他部门（如工程部、安保部、前厅部）解决与弱电相关的技术问题，提供专业支持。
6、协助部门经理进行弱电团队的管理与培训，提升团队技术能力。
7、响应紧急维修需求，必要时进行现场抢修，确保业务连续性。
【岗位要求】
1、熟悉酒店常见弱电系统（监控、门禁、网络、电话、音响等）的原理与操作，具备实际维修经验。
2、具备较强的动手能力和故障分析能力，能独立完成常见弱电设备的调试与维修。
3、工作责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调与团队合作意识。
4、能适应排班制工作（含夜班、节假日），具备应急处置能力。
5、持有低压电工证或相关弱电资格证书者优先。
6、学历、经验、年龄不限，具备酒店或物业弱电工作经验者优先考虑。
