岗位职责/职位描述：
1、协助处理餐饮部门的日常事物，通报餐饮总监或其代理的主要决定和其它相关信息
Assist F&B daily things, be reported to the major of food and beverage director or his proxy decided and other relevant information
2、在餐饮总监因故缺席时代理其职责
Agent in F&B director duties in his absence
3、持续性的控制和分析以下工作：餐饮销售、成本控制、餐饮产品的质量和外观、服务标准、设施和设备的状况和卫生、宾客满意度。
Continuous control and analysis of the following work: F&B sales, cost control, F&B quality and appearance of the products, service standards, facilities and equipment condition and health, guest satisfaction.
4、协助餐饮总监按照酒店管理公司的指导纲要及时更新菜单和酒水单
Assist DOFB  to update the menu and wine list in accordance with the guidelines of hotel management company
5、协助餐饮总监策划和组织餐饮活动
Assist DOFB to plan and organize activities of catering
6、主持每日例会，餐饮部会议以及为获得优异成绩所需的其它会议
Presided over the daily meeting, F&B meeting and other meeting in order to obtain the best results
7、根据行政管理活动时间表按要求参加所有其它会议
According to the administrative activity schedule as required for all other conference
8、协助餐饮总监更新酒店规章制度的文件及所有与餐饮部相关的文件
Assist DOFB to update the hotel's policy and all documents related to F&B
9、协助餐饮总监制定餐饮目标和发展策略，工作程序和规章制度
Assist DOFB to cater target and development strategy,  procedures and policy
10、协助餐饮总监确定所有餐饮、材料和设备的存货标准
Assist DOFB to make all F&B material and equipment of minimum and maximum inventory standard
11、协助餐饮总监按照酒店管理公司的指导纲要制定所有餐饮和设备的采购标准
Assist DOFB to make all F&B  purchase of equipment and standards in accordance with the guidelines of hotel management company
12、参与酒店的餐饮收入方案和市场计划的编制工作
Participate in hotel F&B revenue plan and market plan preparation work
13、监测本地竞争对手的餐饮运营情况，并与酒店进行比较
Monitoring local competitors catering operations, and comparing with the hotel
14、通过商业杂志和现场拜访不断的了解酒店和餐厅领域内餐饮出品和服务方面的潮流、系统、操作和设备
Through business magazines and site visit constantly understanding of hotel and restaurant food product and services within the territory of trends, systems, operations, and equipment.
15、执行分配给的相关职责和特殊项目
Perform related duties and special projects
16、和餐饮总监一起进行人力规划和管理
With DOFB  on manpower planning and management
17、和餐饮总监一起编制和管理部门预算
Establishment and management of department budget with DOFB
18、确保所有员工接受正规的质量与服务规范培训，并为员工配备有助其高效完成其工作的工具和设备
Ensure that all employees receive regular training quality and service specification, and for employees with help to its efficient tools and equipment to complete its work
