  • Co-ordinate daily operations of the banquet floor to maximize profit and guest satisfaction

协调宴会楼层的日常运营从而实现利润和宾客满意度最大化

  • Ensure the collection of all payments from all banquet functions, by following the standard payment processing procedures established by the hotel

    通过执行酒店制定的标准收款流程确保所有宴会款项的到位

  • Up-sell banquet items such as menu/ beverage options to maximize revenue

    鼓励员工 推销宴会厅菜单/酒单上的产品从而实现利润最大化

  • Monitor costing of banquet supplies, labour, food and beverage

监督宴会的供应、劳动力和食物酒水的成本

  • Minimize cost wherever possible without compromising on quality

在保证质量的同时尽量使成本最小化

  • Review Engagement and Pulse Reports and form action plans to address issues reflected in the staff survey

浏览员工满意度报告并制定行动计划,以解决反映在员工调查的中的问题 

  • Complete annual and mid year performance reviews for staff accordingly

完成年度和半年度员工绩效评估

  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of contracts, abiding to standard procedures of the department; make revisions as necessary

    确保合同的完整性和准确性,遵守部门标准流程,适时作出修改

  • Effectively manage and utilize customer database in line with the Hotel’s Food and Beverage Loyalty and VIP programs

    结合酒店餐饮部宾客忠诚度和贵宾计划来有效管理及利用宾客数据库

  • Manage rooming list

    管理分房名单

  • Acquire new accounts and maintain professional and positive relationship with all clients, meeting planners, visitor bureau, travel agents, airlines, etc.

    开发新客户并与所有客户、宴会或会议策划者、访问者/会议旅游局、航空公司维持良好的业务往来 关系

  • Achieve high standards of service and satisfaction by closely controlling quality and monitoring consistency of the assigned tasks completed by staff

  • Coordinate with the Housekeeping Department to arrange regular and Spring cleaning of banquet areas

  • Communicate with the Sales team, IHG Reservation offices and regional sales and marketing department regularly to coordinate business

  • Conduct site visits to gain knowledge of competitors’ products and services

  • Pay particular attention to all last minute requests and assure that they are accommodated

  • Attend all Banquet Department Meetings, F&B weekly department meetings and daily morning briefings

    参加宴会部门会议,餐饮部周会和每日晨会

  • Lead and direct all staff in a positive manner so as to create a desirable work environment

    引领和指导员工拥有积极的工作态度从而创造和谐的工作环境

  • Motivate all personnel to ensure that all staff carry out their duties to the best of their ability

    激励所有员工从而确保他们在执行任务时全力以赴

  • Train and guide staff in skill training programs

    在技巧培训项目上培训并指导员工

  • Conduct monthly communication meetings with staff and Banquet Sales Manager

    和部门员工以及宴会销售经理一起召开每月沟通例会

  • Communicate with the kitchen and executive chef, with regards to the set up requirements of all buffets

  • Ensure inventory is maintained in clean and good condition and is properly stored at all times

  • Pass on any changes in details of function such as timing, number of attendees or any other last minute requests to the kitchen and other related departments

    就会议时间,参会人数或其他任何临时需求与厨房和其他相关部门及时沟通

  • Coordinate with Food & Beverage Manager and the Executive Chef in preparation of banquet menus, beverage and wine lists

  • Coordinate with Purchasing Manager for special purchasing requirements

    与采购部经理协调特殊采购需求

  • Review “Heartbeat” reports and form action plans to address issues reflected in the guest survey

    审阅“心语”报告并制定行动计划从而改善报告中所反映出的问题

  • Greet function organizers or/and Host of the Function on arrival, introduce yourself as the point of contact for their event; discuss such matters as final objectives, timing, and seeing to any special requests or changes that may occur

    宴会组织者/宴会主持到达会场时,问候并向其介绍自己为会场联系人;与其沟通定夺宴会时间、最 终目标等细节,并留意会出现的任何特殊需求或突发变化

  • Go over any special requests with function organizers or/and Host of the Function to make sure all requests are understood and accommodated

    和宴会组织者或宴会主持重复确认任何特殊要求以确认所有需求被理解并得到妥善安排

  • Ensure all food and drinks are prepared and served in a safe and sanitary manner in line with the IHG Food Safety Management System

    确保所有食品和饮料准备、服务的方式,都安全卫生并符合洲际集团的食品安全管理系统的标准

  • Ensure compliance with Hotel’s Risk Management Policy

    确保遵守酒店的风险管理政策

  • Ensure compliance with Hotel’s Environmental Policy

  • Take part in required events that support the local community
