职位描述

岗位职责

1、做好仓库的整理工作。

2、接收、记录并分发营运物品。

3、维持存货水平。

4、负责部门的报损管理。

5、负责部门的物品消耗管理。

6、协助上级做好部门成本控制及管理。

7、确保工作区域和设备得到良好的清洁。

8、及时向行政管家或其代理人汇报客人的投诉情况。

9、遵守酒店的健康、安全和卫生政策，并遵守个人仪容和卫生规范。

10、按要求参加会议和培训活动。

11、遵守并执行客房部的规范和工作程序。

12、与客房部员工以及其他关联部门保持良好的关系。

岗位要求

1、大专以上学历，外资奢华品牌酒店同岗位1年以上工作经验。

2、良好的电脑软件操作技能。

3、工作认真负责、责任心强。

4、良好的沟通协调能力。

其他要求

国际联号工作经历：优先

语言能力：中国普通话-精通

计算机能力：熟练
