ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS基本职责:
1.     Assist the general manager of each store to complete the annual staffing plan and implement it effectively
协助各家门店总经理完成年度人员编制计划，并有效执行。
2.     Maintain and expand recruitment channels, actively carry out effective recruitment activities, and maintain a good relationship with all channel contacts.
维护并拓展招聘渠道、积极开展有效的招聘活动，并与各渠道联络人维系良好的合作关系。
3.     Responsible for Posting all vacancies to all recruitment channels in a timely manner to ensure that recruitment related advertisements meet the job requirements of Wolfgang..
负责将所有空缺岗位及时发布到各招聘渠道，确保招聘相关广告符合沃夫冈的岗位要求。
4.     Identify and conduct preliminary interview screening for suitable candidates, communicate with general managers and arrange interviews, and ensure recruitment process is in accordance with procedures.
寻找并对合适的人选进行初步面试筛选，与各家店总经理沟通并安排面试，并保证招聘活动流程符合程序要求。
5.     Manage candidates' resumes and personal information properly and be able to take the initiative to set up effective data systems to manage candidates.
妥善管理候选人简历及个人信息，能够主动建立有效的数据系统来管理候选人。
6.     Instruct, supervise and assist HR clerks at each store to complete interview feedback, clearly communicate reporting instructions to confirmed candidates, and assist in their entry arrangements.指导、监督及协助每家门店的人力资源文员完成面试反馈，对于确认的候选人清楚地沟通报道须知，并协助他们的入职安排。
7.     Be able to regularly train department interviewers on interview skills, procedures and systems
能够定期对门店的“面试官”进行面试技能、面试程序及相应系统使用的培训。
8.     Provide orientation to new employees, inform Wolfgang of standards, policies, procedures and employee benefits plan.
为新员工提供入职培训，告知沃夫冈标准、政策、流程及员工福利计划等信息。
9.     Responsible for maintaining and updating all employee files and records.
负责维护并更新所有员工档案与记录。
10.   To ensure compliance with Wolfgang management's employment standards and regulations at all times during the recruitment and selection process, responsible for external liaison.
确保在招聘和甄选流程中随时遵守沃夫冈管理公司的聘用标准及相关法规，负责对外联络。
11.   Investigate and study the problems occurred in the work, understand the facts, find out the potential risks to the restaurant in time, and promote the solution of problems through various employee relations projects. Report to superior in case of major problems.
对工作中发生的问题进行调查和研究，了解事实情况，及时发现对餐厅可能造成的潜在风险，并通过各类员工关系项目来推动问题的解决。遇重大问题及时向上级汇报。
12.   Collect and maintain exit interviews, turnover statistics, absenteeism reports, etc. to understand trends, training needs, management issues, etc.
收集并维护离职面谈、人员流动统计数据、旷工报告等数据，了解各种趋势、培训需求和管理问题等。
13.   Implement education and training on progressive disciplinary procedures and performance management procedures for manager-level staff in accordance with management company policy, in order to promote work efficiency and improve performance.
根据管理公司政策，实施针对经理级员工的关于递进式员工惩戒规程与绩效管理流程等方面的教育和培训，以此推动工作效率，提升业绩。

QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS岗位任职资历与能力要求：
1.     At least 8 years HR experience in international F&B brand, at least 2 years HR experience in international F&B brand.
至少8年以上国际餐饮品牌相关人力资源部工作经验，至少2年以上国际品牌餐饮招聘经理岗位工作经验。
2.     Training in human resources, labor law and related fields is preferred.
接受过人力资源、劳动法及相关领域课程培训者优先。
3.     Be result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
在工作中具有结果导向，能承受一定的工作压力。
4.     English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills meet the recruitment requirements.英语听说读写能力符合招聘工作需求。
5.     Good PPT presentation and recruitment presentation skills.
良好的PPT演示及招聘演说技能。
6.     Have good learning ability.
有良好的学习能力。
