岗位职责:

11. Inspect all aspects of the restaurant environment ensuring compliance with standards of cleanliness and order. Mention any deficiencies to the superiors. 检查部门环境的每个方面,确保与规定的卫生要求相一致。
12. Review the reservation for follow up on all special settings requests according to the guests’ requests. 查看预定,预先准备好预定桌和所需的特殊用品。
13. Maintain the pick-up station and side stations, ensuring agreement to standards of cleanliness, supply of stock and organization. 检查和维护部门设备,供应品和工作区的清洁卫生和使用条件。
