岗位职责：
1.  Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments as instructed by superiors. 能够很好的安排工作，懂得区分事情的优先次序。

6.  Ability to perform suggestive selling of menu items, beverages and wines (if Supervisor or Manager is busy). 能够积极推销食物和酒水的促销。（当主管和经理忙的时候）
7.  Ability to exert physical effort in transporting equipments and wares.能够尽力保管保养好各类设备和器皿。
8.  Ability to work with minimum supervision after having been assigned tasks. 能够在缺少直接领导下，完成指定工作。
9.  Ability to exercise good judgments in determining potentially intoxicated guests. 能够冷静处理酒醉客人。
10. Perform table set-ups; check for cleanliness, neatness and agreement to departmental standards; Mention deficiencies to the superiors.检查和确保所有的桌子按部门运作要求被摆放干净和整齐。
11. Inspect all aspects of the restaurant environment ensuring compliance with standards of cleanliness and order. Mention any deficiencies to the superiors. 检查部门环境的每个方面，确保与规定的卫生要求相一致。
12. Review the reservation for follow up on all special settings requests according to the guests’ requests. 查看预定，预先准备好预定桌和所需的特殊用品。
13. Maintain the pick-up station and side stations, ensuring agreement to standards of cleanliness, supply of stock and organization.  检查和维护部门设备，供应品和工作区的清洁卫生和使用条件。
14. Anticipate guest’s needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day. Promote positive guest relations at all times。预见客人的需求，无论多忙和无论多晚对所有的客人的要求都要迅速的作出回应。与客人建立一个良好的关系。
15. Report guest complaints to Superiors following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction. Advise of the problem and if unable to solve the problem, ask for superior’s assistance. 向管理人员汇报投诉事宜，并按照规程马上处理相关事宜并确保客人满意。
