Job Responsibilities岗位职责 
1.Manage all marketing solutions that will improve performance for the various online channels and together with Revenue Management team to support property’s overall Revenue Per Available Room (RevPar) index and other key customer metrics according to brand.为酒店管理网络市场推广。计划并实施酒店的销售活动, 在网络销售基础上更用户化。核心角色是将网络行销最佳化,客户沟通工具的使用及管理, 管理第三方网站的在线工具和/或者Marriott名下的网站, 处理而且运行在线广告计划而且是所有有关的在线报告的主要执行者。
2.Manage all online marketing initiatives for a hotel.主动地为酒店所有的在线市场销售及推广。
3.Key responsibility is to drive marketing solutions that will improve performance for the various online channels and together with Revenue Management team to support property’s overall Revenue Per Available Room (RevPar) index and other key customer metrics according to brand.主要职责通过各种不同的在线行销方案改善现在各种不同渠道的在线行销的收益和连同收入经营团队一起依照每间可用客房的收益(RevPar)和品牌下的其他主要的客户数据。
 
Job Requirement岗位要求 
1.One to three years in marketing/advertising industry preferred. Hotel experience is required, ideally in Sales, Marketing or Revenue Management. 
拥有一年至三年市场推广或广告策划经验者优先。必须拥有酒店经验，以销售，市场推广或收益管理为佳。
2.Knowledge of basic marketing objectives, tactics and strategies required; (preferred experience with online marketing, advertising, and finance/budget planning and management).
需了解基本的市场推广目标，技术及战略。（拥有在线推广，广告，或财务/预算筹划经验者优先）
3.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
优秀的沟通能力，包括口头和书面的表达。
4.Solid understanding of working with dynamic websites and utilizing a content management system.
