岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1.Tocheck the previous day Night Audit process is properly completed, ledgers arebalanced, system date changed, reports are generated and distributed todesignated associates.
检查日前夜审计过程适当地被完成,  总帐是平衡的, 系统日期被改变, 相关报告被发送给指定的同事。
2.To investigate and report toDirector of Finance any discrepancies during the night audit process.
调查和向财务总监报告在夜审计过程期间发生的任何差误。
3.Toreview the various reports on room operations, such as room rates, occupancyetc. Investigate and check supporting documents for rate differences; approvalsfor house-use rooms and complimentary rooms;
回顾各种关于房间操作的报告, 譬如房间分配、出租率, 入住等。调查和检查支持文件的区别; 分使用房间和免费房间。
4.Toverify all voided checks, rebates and discounts are properly approved.
核实所有无效的检查, 折扣和折扣适当地被批准。
5.Toinvestigate all open food & beverage items and price changes. Discuss withrestaurant managers on corrective actions.
调查所有打开食物&饮料项目的价格变动并与餐馆经理谈论惩治行为。
6.Toverify Opera report of restaurant and lounge revenue and payment details tie tothe Micros Point of Sales system records.
核实餐馆和休息室收支和付款细节对Micros 销售点系统纪录的报告。
7.Toverify the F&B revenue to supporting documents such as event order, weddingpackage, tour group meal order etc.  
核实餐饮营收的支持文件譬如事件次序, 婚礼包裹, 游览小组膳食次序等
8.Tocheck all house-use and entertainment checks are authorized and recorded.
检查所有使用房间和款待被批准的记录。
9.Toverify the revenue of minor departments.
核实各分部门的营收。
10.To compile and distributeDaily Revenue Report, summaries, schedules etc. according to the format andinformation required by the Management.
根据管理层的需要按照标准格式和相应信息编制和分发每日营收报告、小结、时间表等等。
11.To prepare all accountingrecords including journal entries as required.
根据需要准备所有的财务记录，包括日记帐分录。
12.To file and maintain properrecords for reference and audit.
为参考和审计的需要而对恰当的记录进行存档和维护。
