Job Responsibilities岗位职责：
To provide leadership anddirection for At Your Service and Reservation. Setting realistic goals for theteam leader in At Your Service and Reservation department according to thebalance score card and guiding them whenever necessary in order to achievepositive results. Work closely with the Front Office Manager. Motivatingassociates to ensure the consistency in service standards provided to guests isa good practise of Marriott’s philosophy. Coordinate the shift operations inaccordance to the corporate and local SOPs emphasizing guest hospitality anddirecting associates to work together as a team presenting themselves asprofessional.

JOB SPECIFICATION 职位要求:
1. Minimum4 years At Your Service and Reservation working experience.至少4年为您服务预订中心工作经验。
2. Preferablyexperience with any PMS program.有处理PMS系统的经验。
3. Adaptability and willing togrow with the company.适应并愿意与公司共同成长。
4. Positiveand cheerful disposition.积极乐观的性格。
5. Ableto converse in English fluently.英语流利。
