Job Responsibilities岗位职责：
To ensure a smoothoperation at the Reservations Department and good operation with other relateddepartments such as Sales, Service Center and Front Office.
确保预订部的顺畅运作及与其他相关部门（销售、服务中心、前台）的良好配合。
JOB SPECIFICATION 职位要求:
1. Minimum 4years’ work experience in Reservations. 至少4年预订部工作经验。
2. Good interpersonal skills. 良好的人际交往能力。
3. Able to compile reportsas required using various computer software. 能够运用多种。
4. Ability to analysingdifferent business situations and act on problems according to the setguidelines. 能够分析不同业务情况并提出处理的建议。
5. Ability to communicate effectively with various departments. 能够与不同部门进行有效沟通。
6. Proficiency inwritten and spoken English and Mandarin. 中文和英语听说读写熟练。
