1.根据运营副总经理的经营思想和方针制定部门工作的具体方案并组织实施;
2.制定并组织实施本部门的年度经营管理计划及季度、月度工作计划;
3.制定或改良部门内各班组岗位的服务流程、工作标准和礼仪标准。完善部门的员工工作纪律、奖罚制度、岗位职责;
4.巡查、监督各部门、各岗位人员的工作情况,及时做出纠正和工作指导;
5.负责本部门同公司其它部门之间的沟通,协调矛盾、融洽关系,达到最理想的协作;
6.审核温泉管理中心各分部门提交的工作报告,制定周工作计划与总结;
7.提交部门汇总考勤,召开部门每月工作总结会,审核部门每月一次的资产盘点表;
8.组织召开部门每日领班例会,传达公司会议精神,听取各部门工作汇报及待解决的事项,做出答复,并对次日工作做出具体安排;
9.了解并掌握部门当日接待总人数,做出相关经营数据的分析,掌握次日预定接待人数,并统筹安排好接待工作;
10.负责检查前厅区域的清洁卫生,以及各项设施、设备的完好,维护大堂秩序;
11.代表部门前厅部接受客人的投诉处理,并做好记录,及时向上级有关领导汇报;
12.检查VIP的接待准备工作,并协助副总接待好VIP客人,负责VIP客人接待服务的相关工作,热情、礼貌地陪同客人参观;
13.沟通客人与温泉的感情,征求收集客人的意见回答客人的一切询问并向客人提供一切必要的协助的服务;
14.完成上级交办的其他各项工作。
