1. Responsibilities 职责
1. according to the brand development strategy formulation of the annual marketing/LSM promotion plan
根据品牌发展战略制定的年度市场营销/LSM推广计划
2. according to brand positioning management menu, set up the annual plan the menu

3. Work closely with the different product management team on implementation of marketing strategy for each brand

4. Coordinate traditional media and social media, making sure the messages spread across are cohesive, current and in line with the strategy and image of the brands

3. Requirements能力要求
1. Extensive Experience in FMCG or F&B marketing in large operations with multiple brands (min 8 years).
2. Exceptional understanding of craft beer and its marketing strategy
3. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are critical to the role.
4. Should have strong leadership. Coordinate teams from various departments, both in the field and in the headquarters, should be senior enough to lead communications with the leaders of each department.
5. Accurate analytical skills are important. The performance of each and every plan executed must be analyzed.
6. Maturity and self-motivation is required to deliver results and motivate teams.
7. English language skills are mandatory and local language proficiency a plus..
8. Creativity and Brand Management sense are mandatory.
4. Qualifications and Technical competencies required资质和专业能力要求
Education
1. Bachelor’s degree. Major in Communications or Marketing is a plus.
Experience
1. Minimum 8 years branding/marketing experience in a competitive Consumer Oriented environment (Hospitality or Service industries)
2. In-depth knowledge of marketing trends, communication channel dynamics and branding/marketing for business development
3. Commercial and organizational awareness, experience in leading national brands
4. Commercial mind-set as well as a sensitivity to understand the needs of the various channels and to see new opportunities
Technical competencies: (Job related)
1. Excellent communications and follow-up skills
2. Excellent coordination capability with marketing and sales
3. Excellent leadership capabilities in managing different teams
