上海中心J酒店财务副总监 Assistant Director, Finance

岗位职责Job Description：

财务副总监的基本职责是维护财务部门顺畅有效的日常工作,确保所有职能都能按照酒店和集团的规范准确有效地完成。

The basic responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Finance are to maintain the smooth and effective day to day work routine within the Finance department and ensure all Finance functions are being performed efficiently and accurately according to Hotel and Company standards.

督导会计部、成本控制部的业务操作。起草各种管理制度，落实各有关制度。编写年度财务预算。负责公司的财产管理。检查各种财务报告的及时、正确性。检查各项税金的上缴，加强与财政部门的业务联系，协调外部关系，取得有关信息。配合各级外部审计查账工作，审核检查所有对外编报的数据及财务报表，确保无误方可报出。

Supervise the operation of accounting department and cost control department. We will draft various management systems and implement relevant systems. Prepare annual financial budget. Responsible for the property management of the company. Check the timely and correct financial reports. Check the tax payment, strengthen the business relationship with the finance department, coordinate the external relations and obtain relevant information. Cooperate with external audit work at all levels, check and check all the data and financial statements of external compilation, and make sure that they are correct.

任职资格Qualification：

-大学相关专业毕业，至少2年的国际酒店总会计师经验；3年的国际酒店财务经验

- 具有酒店筹备经验

- 擅长使用计算机并且能够有效地运用Excel，Word和PPT工作

-4年的大学会计、财务或相关专业。

-CPA, ACCA, AICPA,CIMA, CMA, CHAE持有者优先。

- 愿意接受挑战和工作压力者

- 能很好掌握英语说、读和写者优先

-Colleague education in related major.At least 2 years in CA role in international hotel；3 years international hotel experience in Finance Department

-Good at using computer and able to work effectively on Excel, Words and PPT.

-4 years university degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

-CPA, ACCA, AICPA,CIMA, CMA, CHAE Preferred

- Willing to take challenge and working under stress

- Good English on speaking, reading and writing is an advantage
