Job Summary工作概述:

Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance the sales and revenue share of the WeChat Mini Program and WeChat Mall of Jin Jiang Radisson Hotels; Take the lead in developing the website and mobile application for Jin Jiang Radisson Hotels. 策划并制定有效策略,提升锦江丽笙酒店微信预订小程序及微信商城的销售额与收益占比;负责牵头锦江丽笙酒店网站和APP的开发工作。

Utilize data analysis to continuously improve the content and functionality of the owned channels, driving targeted paid media programs and achieving consistent growth in both traffic and conversion rates. 持续优化自有渠道的内容与功能,依托精准的数据分析,推动有针对性的数字媒体投放,实现流量与转化率的稳步提升。

Expand the e-commerce capabilities of the management company on major social media platforms such as Douyin and Red, exploring new eCommerce channels and maximizing revenue potential. 搭建并持续拓展管理公司在抖音、小红书等社交媒体平台的电子商务功能,开拓新的营销渠道,实现收益最大化。

Oversee and optimize the online presence of our hotels across major digital platforms.负责监管并优化旗下酒店在各大数字平台的在线展示。


Key Responsibilities主要职责:

**Owned Channel自有渠道:

•      Analyze user behavior, traffic, customer acquisition sources, and other relevant metrics, of Jin Jiang Radisson Hotels' owned channels. Develop data-driven strategies to enhance the overall performance, improving visits, clicks, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.

分析锦江丽笙酒店自有渠道的用户行为、流量、获客来源等数据,并制定策略以提升渠道数据表现,包括但不限于访问量、点击、转换率等

•      Create the digital paid media strategy and action plan for digital channels. Implement digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, paid social media, meta-search, etc., to enhance the traffic and revenue of owned channels.

制定数字渠道的年度推广计划及数字付费媒体战略,实施数字营销活动(付费搜索、展示、付费社交媒体、元搜索等),提升自有渠道的流量及收益

•      Ensure brand and marketing messages on eCommerce channels align with overall marketing campaigns.

确保电子渠道上的品牌和营销信息与整体营销活动保持一致。

•      Continuously optimize the functional improvements of owned channels. Lead the development of Jin Jiang Radisson Hotels website and APP. Establish, develop, and maintain the keyword matrix through search engine optimization to improve natural page rankings of the website and APP.

持续优化自有渠道的功能改进和升级;负责牵头锦江丽笙酒店网站和APP的开发工作,并通过搜索引擎优化,建立、开发和维护关键词矩阵,确保网站及APP获得最佳的自然页面排名;

•      Ensure content (including images and copy) on owned channels is accurate, up-to-date, and meets brand standards. Collaborate with the Revenue Manager to review and maintain room rate and room type descriptions.

确保自有渠道的内容(包括图片和文字)信息准确、实时更新,并符合品牌及公司标准;与收益经理协调,审查并维护房价和房型说明;

•      Provide monthly reports on owned channel performance.

** Social Media社交媒体

•      Expand the e-commerce capabilities of the management company on major social media platforms such as Douyin and Red, exploring new eCommerce channels and maximizing revenue potential.

搭建并持续拓展管理公司在抖音、小红书等社交媒体平台的电子商务功能,开拓新的营销渠道,实现收益最大化

•      Develop and execute a comprehensive paid social media plan to drive effective business conversion on the social media channels.

制定并实施付费社交媒体投放计划,有效推动官方微信渠道的生意转换

•      Stay updated on the latest trends and features in social media and maintain a strong collaboration with the marketing team to optimize social media performance.

了解社交媒体的最新趋势和功能,并与市场营销团队保持紧密合作,共同推动社交媒体的表现


Requirement任职要求:

•      Three-Year university degree required, with major in Business Administration, Marketing or related major preferred. Master’s degree in related field preferred but not essential.

三年制大学教育,工商管理、市场营销、或相关专业;相关专业硕士学位优先。

•      Skilled in developing efficient digital strategies and persuading key stakeholders for program advancement and implementation.

擅长制定高效的数字战略,并能有效地说服主要利益相关者,确保方案的顺利推进与实施

•      Proficient in paid media, search engine optimization, social media marketing, and conversion rate optimization. Familiar with industry benchmarking, measurements and best practices.

精通付费媒体、搜索引擎优化、社交媒体营销及转化率优化等领域,熟悉行业的规范衡量标准和最佳实践

•      Adaptable to changing market conditions and capable of adjusting and executing strategies with a proactive and innovative approach.

能够迅速适应不断变化的市场环境,以积极主动的态度和创新的思维,灵活调整并执行策略

•      Candidates with web-related experience are preferred, particularly with in-depth knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management.

•      Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication, and collaboration abilities.
