Job Summary

职责概述

To establish the solid business relationship with the RFP/ Corporate Account, TMC, meeting organizer of assigned territory in order to present JJRH Hotels properly and support the hotel business volume through the development of room and MICE business in achieving set annual targets. To develop a solid sales pipeline and systematic prospecting program.

通过和所负责区域的客户,企业,会议组织者建立牢固的商务关系,准确的展现锦江丽笙酒店各个品牌以及所属酒店的产品,开发及获取客房和MICE的生意需求和线索从而支持酒店的生意量并实现本级销售的年度目标。开发可靠的销售渠道及有规划且有期望实现目标的生意线索。

 

主要职责和责任

1.  Responsible for key account lead generation goals within the assigned territory. A key focus of the position is to contact existing users of JJRH hotels in China to introduce other China hotels.

挖掘并开发所负责区域的客户和新的生意线索。专注于将目前已是单体酒店的客户转化为多家酒店的客户。

2.  Responsible for accurate and timely lead turnover to hotel-based sales teams

负责精准并及时的将生意线索给到单体酒店销售跟进并落实。

3.  Establish and maintain complete and up-to-date lead information on each account in the sales system to ensure accurate reporting

建立并维护完整更新的每个客户信息以及及时准确的生意线索跟进信息的销售系统,确保系统报表的准确性。

4.  Actively utilize JJRH Hotels’ sales initiatives/promotions to convert cold leads into warm leads

充分利用锦江丽笙酒店的销售主题倡议和促销活动,把进展缓慢的生意线索转化成交。

5.  Effectively leverage other sales & marketing resources and admin support to achieve personal revenue goals.

有效利用市场销售中心资源以及行政支持实现个人的销售额目标

6. Maintain product knowledge of all JJRH hotels and thorough understanding of comp set.

掌握锦江丽笙酒店的产品知识,并深入了解竞争对手的情况。

7.  Maintain and develop business relationship with key customers, deepen cooperation depth and scope, and ensure steady increase of turnover.

与现有客户保持密切关系,加深合作深度和合作范围,确保营业额稳步增加。

8. Deal with the problems in the process of cooperation between group customers and hotels, and promote business.

处理集团客户和酒店合作过程中的问题,促进生意。

9.  Develop top 500 enterprises RFP account/ LNR account to sign contracts with JJRH hotels, increase the popularity of JJRH hotels in top 500 enterprises and increase business.

开发500强企业与锦江丽笙旗下酒店签约,增加锦江丽笙酒店在500强企业的知名度,增加生意。

10. Develop TMC channels, establish cooperation between TMC and JJRH hotels to expand sales channels.

开发TMC渠道,建立与锦江丽笙旗下酒店的合作,拓宽酒店销售渠道。

11.  Well understand the customer needs and provide appropriate recommendation of JJRH hotels to increase the conversion ratio of business leads.

很好地理解客户的生意需求并推荐给合适的锦江丽笙旗下酒店,提高生意线索的成交率。

12. Keep close communication with colleagues of JJRH hotels, understand market changes and situations in different regions, and help the hotels to increase appropriate business opportunities in combination with the situation of group customers.

与锦江丽笙旗下酒店同事保持密切沟通,了解不同区域的市场变化及行情,结合集团客户的情况,帮助酒店增加合适的生意机会。

13. Pay close attention to the progress of cooperation between JJRH hotels and the customers which are in charge to ensure the smooth progress of cooperation and increase hotel revenue.

密切关注锦江丽笙旗下酒店与所负责客户的合作进度,确保合作顺利进行,增加酒店收入。

14. Analyze the sales data and understand business environment to propose and submit personal annual sales target.

分析相关的销售数据,了解商务环境,制定并提交相应的个人年度销售目标。

15. Clearly understand the gap between the real sales figures and the target, analyze the market situation in time and implement effective action plans to reduce the gap.

清楚了解真实销售数字与销售指标的差距,及时分析市场行情并执行有效的行动计划以减少差距。

16. Develop feasible and efficient sales call methods to cover more sales areas and customers.

制定可行的、高效的拜访线路方法以覆盖更多的销售区域及客户。

17. Pay close attention to the change and development of the market, and report to Regional Director of Sales with the corresponding sales strategy in time.

密切关注市场变化动态及发展,及时与区域销售总监汇报并沟通相应的销售策略。

18. Participant and Execute in the big scale fair and industry exhibition registered by JJRH Hotels to expand the hotel exposure and the popularity of JJRH Hotel, and increase business opportunities.

参加并执行锦江丽笙酒店参加的展会,扩大酒店曝光率和锦江丽笙酒店知名度,增加生意机会。

19. Ensure the customers to participant road shows by JJRH Hotels to maintain the customer relationship, business partnership and increase business opportunities of hotels.

落实客户参加锦江丽笙酒管路演活动,维护客户,商务伙伴关系并增加锦江丽笙旗下酒店的生意机会。

20. Invite the customers in charge and potential customers to attend the annual customer appreciation meeting to increase cooperation depth and new opportunities with partners.

邀请所负责的客户及潜在客户参加年度客户答谢会,增加与合作伙伴的合作深度的新的合作机会。

21. Manage the colleagues of JJRH Hotels to execute in the sales blitz week, expand the coverage of sales area and customers and achieve the mission targets.

带领锦江丽笙酒店同事执行销售拜访周活动,扩大销售区域覆盖面及客户,确保完成目标任务。

22. Produce effective sales presentation and writing.

具有销售演讲陈述及书面能力。

23. To undertake any other tasks assigned by or deemed necessary by Regional Director of Sales

接受来自区域销售总监的工作安排。

 

Requirement of Qualifications and Experience

资格与经历要求

1. Has a track record of sales successes with 5 years sales experience.

拥有至少5年的销售经验及可追踪的成功销售记录。

2. Is result driven, can work under high pressure and is enthusiastic and a Team Player who can communicate on different levels.

以结果为导向,在高压力下工作,有热情,能与不同职级交流的有团队精神的人。

3. Manages the relationships with current clients and develop new accounts.

管理与现有客人之间的关系并吸引新客户。

4. Can set short and long term business strategies with focused actions to achieve them.

能设立短/长期生意策略并且能够聚焦实现。

5.  Fluent written and oral English.

流利的英文读写。
