	五星级酒店行政管家 Executive Housekeeper

岗位职责Job Description：
监督并指导酒店客房部的运作情况以便确保提供的服务符合质量标准并且按照酒店和公司的商业目标向客人提供优异的服务。
To oversee and direct the operation of Housekeeping Department of the Hotel to ensure product quality standards are met and the outstanding service is provided to guests according to the Hotel’s business objectives and maintaining Hotel Brand standards.

任职资格Qualification：
 - 至少3年的行政管家工作经验
 - 提供在以下职位中的出色业绩：行政副管家、管家、楼层主管、公共区域主管、办公管理、布草房和花房管理。
- 具备以下管理能力：积极主动、领导能力、解决问题的能力、决策能力、优先决策能力，表率能力、培训和发展员工能力、目标导向性和制定目标的能力。
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Housekeeper. 
- Proven record of successful experience in several or all of the following areas: Asst. Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeper, Floor Supervisor, Public Area Supervisor, office management, Linen Room and Flower Room management.
- Proven or demonstrated management abilities, taking initiative, leadership, problem solving, decision making, prioritizing, delegating, training and developing subordinates, producing results, (results-oriented), goal setting.
