岗位职责：
1、负责管理社交媒体渠道的内容，包括但不限于Instagram、Facebook、推特、微信、微博，booking、Yelp、Foursquare、大众点评等，为酒吧建立一个积极的网络形象，结合具体品牌的信息在所有客户接触点，在引人注目的、无缝的方式的所有平台上；
2、制定酒吧公关及媒体宣传计划。
3、组织新闻界和精酿爱好者活动，和国外酒厂对接并策划活动；
4、代表酒吧参加所有官方活动。接待酒吧所有的重要客人及宣传。
5、处理负面新闻，进行危机公关。
6、收集市场和竞争对手信息，包括策略和执行餐饮社交 ，每周向运营总监和整个管理团队进行汇报；
7、了解餐饮客户满意度的关键因素和提出社交媒体相关的解决方案,提高门店酒吧的在线声誉和存在感。并本酒吧长期保持时尚性和市场领先性；
8、餐负责在线管理，并建立一个社会客户关系管理系统，以提高酒吧、人才和产品的知名度、客户满意度、参与和宣传。
任职要求：
1、同岗位至少工作五年以上；
2、有高档餐饮或者星级酒店公关传媒，或者4A广告公司负责策划执行工作经验；
3、熟知各种新媒体的特性，并有新媒体独立运营经验；
4、本科以上学历，英文流利；
5、有海外生活或留学经历，优先考虑；
6、对精酿啤酒行业有兴趣，日常生活中有饮酒习惯更佳。
