职位描述：

1、负责集团宣传工作的整体策划和组织实施；

2、负责集团内部刊物、网站、微信、微博等平面媒体和新媒体的编审和管理；

3、负责集团各类形象标识、宣传品、宣传栏以及集团宣传环境布置的统筹策划、协调和管理；

4、组织或协助集团各类大型活动的宣传策划和开展，组织或协助相关部门开展集团文化建设活动，组织对先进典型进行宣传和弘扬；

5、负责舆情信息收集、研判及安全管理，及时处理各种舆情突发事件；

6、加强与新闻媒体的沟通联系，策划、组织集团的新闻发布；

7、根据工作需要，负责集团的摄影、录像，并做好资料的收集存档；

8、完成总办主任和集团领导交办的其他工作。

任职条件：

1、性别、年龄：性别不限，年龄50周岁以下；

2、本科及以上学历，新闻、编辑、中文等相关专业优先，具有一定行政管理经验，有媒体从业经历工作经验者优先；

3、有较高的政治理论素养和思想道德品质；具有较强的事业心、责任心，顾全大局、服从组织、善于合作，为人公道正派，作风务实，廉洁奉公；具有胜任工作的组织能力、文化水平、专业知识和身体素质；

4、熟悉新闻宣传工作，具有较敏锐的新闻意识和清晰的新媒体思维；

5、有较强的语言文字功底和新闻采写能力，熟练运用办公软件、图形处理软件;

6、具有较强的协调和沟通等能力，有开拓创新精神，执行力强；

7、具有较强的处理舆情突发事件的能力；
